Past Projects

Ashe Park Bike Park

Ashe Park Skills Park in Jefferson North Carolina was designed and built in 2024 for Ashe County Parks and Recreation. The project was designed in two phases; phase 1 has been constructed for entry level riders and is a perfect place to bring the whole family to enjoy!

Anne Springs Close Greenway Bike Park

Anne Springs Close Greenway Bike Park in Fort Mill South Carolina was constructed in 2024. This bike park has progressive bike features for all skill levels. We fabricated and installed ramps for a low Maintenace bike park.

Harvest Fields Bike Park

Harvest Fields Bike Park in State College Pennsylvania is a 3.5-acre bike park. Parks like this one take a hug amount of community effort and some fundraising to accomplish but are the best value-add amenity per acre your community could invest in.

San-Lee Bike Park

San-Lee Gravity Park was deemed a hazard by Lee County in April of 2021 after several accidents that required helicopter evacuations.

Graveyard Ridge

We partnered with The Pisgah Conservancy on this project to do a total makeover on the Graveyard Ridge Trail in Balsam North Carolina. This was an exciting back county trail maintenance project.

Catawba Meadows Trail System

Catawba Meadows Trail System in Morganton North Carolina was finished in 2025. It provides over 4 miles of multiuse trails designed and built for NICA and the local community.

Stump House Mountain Bike Park

Stump House Mountain Bike Park in Walhalla South Carolina was designed and built in 2023. The project goal was to add 12 miles of mixed use trails in the park. Water fall hiking trails, backcountry trails, enduro trails and a gravity park. We also installed a parking lot and CTX toliet.

Cumberland Gap Trail Bridge

The Cumberland Gap Trail Bridge was installed in 2024 for the National Parks Service Cumberland Gap Tennessee. This historic site was an incredible location with limited access and loads of intricate features.

Appalachian Trail Bridge

This bridge replaced an degraded trail bridge on the Appalachian Trail near Mount Rogers Virgina. Completed in 2025 we partnered with the Appalachian Trail Conservancey and the United States Forrest Service.

Sara Owens Board Walk

In 2024 we reconstructed the Sara Owens Board Walk in Manteo North Carolina at the Otter Banks. We work with NCDOT to rebuild the structure. The boardwalk is almost 2000 feet long with multiple kayak and canoe launches

RCCC FRP Trail Bridge

In 2024 we demolished a steel bridge and replaced it with a Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Bridge for Rowan Cabarrus Community College. We also performed streambank stabilization for the stream below in multiple locations

Appalachian Trail

We are a part of the Appalachian Trail relocation for the construction of a land bridge over HWY 143 in Stecoah North Carolina. We are working with Blalock and Sons to complete the relocation project.
